It's a bold way of looking at urban renewal and sustainability through a platform of creativity and culture.
Born out of duel passions between The Arts and community development, Creative Hub Worcester, the brainchild of Stacy Lord and Laura Marotta, was conceptualized. “We want to create a space where community members can feel safe and supported as they explore the processes of art-making and collaboration.”
Here at Creative Hub Worcester, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the city of Worcester a better and more accessible creative place for all. Our decision-making process is led by formal and informal conversations and partnerships with the community. We strive to build productive, meaningful relationships and to make a positive impact through all of our programs.
At Creative Hub Worcester, a diverse, inclusive, and equitable space is one where all employees and volunteers, whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education or ability, feel valued and respected. We are committed to a nondiscriminatory approach and provide equal opportunity for employment and advancement in all of our departments, programs, and sites. We respect and value diverse life experiences and heritages and ensure that all voices are valued and heard. We are committed to prioritizing diversity, racial justice, and equitable inclusion in the Arts and in all of our programs and events, and to maintaining an inclusive environment with equitable treatment for all.
